This package is one of our most exclusive services. We have created a relaxing environment for you to be king or queen for a day. In this space you can receive all of the spa services we offer, (with the exception of the sauna). You can relax, receive a full body massage, facial, pedicure and bodyscrub. Our technicians will cater to all of your needs and you never have to leave your room. Take a break, lounge and enjoy the complimentary use of our iPad while you listen to your choice of music. Lunch or dinner will be provided with your choice of items from nearby restaurants. Hurry and book this service and make your friends envious of the way you will float away after being pampered.

TBK Wellness gym is not your typical gym. We have skills that we want to teach you and incorporate with your workout. Trainers will focus on endurance, flexibility and strength training. The best part about our gym is that you will be provided with a nationally certified personal trainer with each workout. You never have to come into our facility and figure it out alone. We will build a workout session that can put you in the best shape of your life. Teaching you martial arts techniques in your session is a bonus that our Sensi wants to teach you. Martial arts can help with cognitive thinking, while helping to strengthen your mind. He believes that learning this skillful tool is like car insurance: “ You may not need it, but it’s always good to have.”

This space is one for the books! Gather 8-10 of your closest friends or family. Have a girls day or a guys night in this space. Relax in a room that surrounds you with soft music, a fireplace and a massage practitioner to perform chair massage for you and your guests. We also provide you with healthy snacks and beverages.
You may book spa services and use the room to unwind in after services with your group. Although we are a small spa, we do book up fast. Please be sure to schedule spa services at the time of booking, or it may be too late if you decide you want services upon your arrival. Our staff will however, do our best to try and accommodate you and your guests.
